They are experienced interpretive naturalist guides that have extensive experience paddling in coastal environments. They are knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, as well as the history and culture of the Lowcountry. They are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, and are equipped with the necessary skills to handle any situation that may arise.
We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that can get wet, as well as shoes that can be secured to your feet (such as water shoes or sandals with straps). Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are also recommended, as well as a water bottle and any necessary medications. We provide all necessary equipment, including kayaks, paddles, and personal flotation devices. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
