What to Know About Refunds, Payment & More

Looking to arrange an experience or rental from Outside Hilton Head? Check out our policies to learn what you need to know in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds

We accept cancellations up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time of your tour or program. Any cancellation made after that time will result in a charge for the full amount of the reservation.

Weather

Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside. We will only go out if it will be safe and enjoyable. We define as not safe or enjoyable any situation in which any of the following three (3) factors are met:

  1. Extremely high winds
  2. Consistent steady rain
  3. Electricity (lightning)

If we should need to cancel your activity due to weather, we will do our best to reschedule your activity. If this is not possible, there will be no charge, or we will issue a credit for any payments made.

Payment

Your reservation for programs with Outside must be secured with a credit card. Reservations made through our Online Reservation System require payment with a credit card at the time of the reservation.

Outside accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
